Walk in someone else’s shoes

Empathy

Empathy means to help someone in they just went through something bad for instance they a family member just died or pet past away or something very bad happened.

What it means to walk in someone else’s shoes is for instance someone fell in a hole and you keep them company and try to help them out of the hole. Empathy also means to understand or share the feelings of another person.

Someone would need empathy when they are sad, or a family member or pet just past away or something very bad happened.

Someone can show empathy by standing next to them, or asking them if they want to talk about it or pray for them and tell others to also pray for them.
